S3 Residential provide a COMPLETE ACQUISITION, LETTING AND PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SERVICE, all or any parts of which may be used by Clients, as follows:

1. Identifying and appraising the best opportunities available and making clear recommendations to our Client.

2. Negotiating the lowest possible price on each property selected.  Our wide network of contacts, allows us to identify the most attractive buying opportunities sometimes before they come onto the open market and our team has considerable negotiating expertise.

3. Introducing our Client to the most attractive sources of finance.  There are a number of lenders who can provide,  subject to status, access to finance on terms usually similar to those on normal residential mortgages.

4. Obtaining competitive estimates and advising with regard to and project managing anynecessary repairs and refurbishment.
 
5. Advising with regard to and providing a complete furnishing and equipping package.

6. Letting and managing each property to achieve the highest returns available.

7. Co-ordinating the entire buying process.
